Knowledge

Capture reusable knowledge from issues, comments, and agent tasks — then inject it where work happens.

The Knowledge module turns work byproducts into managed, reusable knowledge items. Issue discussions and agent tasks routinely produce the answer to a question someone will ask again next month — knowledge is where that answer stops evaporating.

Candidates

Knowledge candidates are sourced automatically from issues, comments, and agent tasks. Instead of asking people to write documentation, Wujie collects what work already produced and offers it for review.

Review and publish

Candidates are reviewed before they become knowledge: publish what is worth keeping, archive/restore what is not ready, and apply governance actions to keep the body of knowledge healthy. Analytics shows how knowledge is actually being used.

A published knowledge item can also be turned into something more permanent:

  • a Wiki document in Documents, for reference material the whole workspace should read;
  • a Skill in Skills, for instructions an agent should follow when executing.

How knowledge is used

Published knowledge is not a filing cabinet — the surface shows its retrieval, injection, reference, and feedback state, plus embedding status for search. You can see whether knowledge is actually reaching the work, and how it is being used.
